These small, guided coaching experiences help pastors and ministry leaders gain clarity, engage insightful questions, and take intentional steps in their life and ministry.
At Empower Coaching Solutions, we partner with pastors and ministry leaders as they navigate the ongoing demands of ministry and help them move forward with clarity, purpose, and confidence.
Group coaching is a 6-week experience where a small group of ministry leaders meets weekly in a focused, facilitated environment.
Each group is centered around a specific theme—such as Living a Balanced Life or Boundaries: When to Say, “No.”
This is not a class or a teaching environment.
It is a guided coaching experience focused on your growth, your clarity, and your next steps.
