The Leadership Team of Empower Coaching Solutions shares a common passion for serving pastors and ministry leaders. Together, they bring firsthand ministry and coaching experience along with a deep belief in the value of coaching as a tool for helping leaders flourish in their calling.
Serves in the development and leadership of Empower Coaching Solutions. Having personally experienced the transformative impact of coaching, he is passionate about helping other pastors and ministry leaders discover the same kind of growth, awareness, and new possibilities that can lead to lasting transformation.
Serves on the ECS Leadership Team. After a season of burnout, coaching helped her establish healthy boundaries and find greater balance in life and ministry. She enjoys helping pastors and ministry leaders grow beyond their circumstances and believes coaching provides the clarity, accountability, and support leaders need to thrive.
